- No Loud Music or Noise That Disturbs Neighbors
- No Dogs or Cats Allowed
- Performance Bond Required
- $50 of Performance Bond is Non Refundable to Cover Ordinary Rotational Costs (Changing Locks, etc.)
- 12 Month Lease, Month-to-Month after 12 Months
- Rent Due on the 1st Day of Each Month (First Month's Rent Will Be Prorated)
- 30 Day Notice to Vacate After 12 Months
- No Drugs or Gang Activity Tolerated
